Sometimes we may authorize a return for a reason we may see fit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item to our original warehouse of dispatch. The buyer is responsible for the full initial delivery cost and any return shipping costs. If the initial delivery was free, It means that it was subsidized by Phantom fitness. It then must also be paid by the buyer.
All returns regardless of the reason Attract a 15% restocking fee.
If there is a warranty issue and we can not fix it in time then Phanotm Fitness will bear all costs associated with the returns.
